PandaBar is a simple and delightful app for streaming Pandora radio on the mac.
Pandora is a great service, but I often accidentally close my instance of Pandora while I am cleaning up my screen.
PandaBar is a very simple app that sits in your menu bar and streams Pandora for you.
There are a number of great advantages to using PandaBar. First, PandaBar takes care of the pesky "are you still listening?" message that Pandora sends you ever so often stopping your music (and likely your workflow). Next, I am pretty sure that PandaBar does not play ads. I'm not sure how they do this, but it's great. Finally, PandaBar binds to your play and next buttons so you can control your Pandora stream right from your keyboard.
PandaBar retails for 4.99 in the Mac App Store – it is well worth the cost of a fancy coffee.
